  1. CANDIDATES’ PERSONAL DATA

Upon a Candidate submitting the online recruitment application, the Company collect and process personal data that you provide throughout the recruitment process. This includes information contained in your curriculum vitae (CV) and any covering letter, as well as details submitted through our application forms, such as your name, contact information, date of birth, gender, employment history, qualifications, nationality, and professional background.

We may also collect additional information relating to your education (including diplomas and transcripts), professional memberships, language abilities, computer skills, and, where applicable, details of national service. Further personal data may be obtained from your social media profiles where relevant, as well as any identification numbers you choose to provide.

In addition, we process personal data shared during interviews or other stages of the recruitment process. Where applicable, we may also receive personal data about you from referees, including information relating to your previous employment and performance.

  1. HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

The Company collects personal data about candidates through several channels. Primarily, this information is obtained directly from you during the application and recruitment process, including through submitted documents, correspondence, and interviews.

The Company may also collect personal data from third parties, such as referees you have nominated, who may provide information about your employment history, duration of roles, and performance in previous positions.

Additionally, the Company may obtain certain information from publicly accessible sources, including professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn. This may include your name, contact details, employment history, and any other information you have chosen to make publicly available on your profile. where we collect your full name, email, work history, and other data included on your profile.

  1. HOW WILL THE COMPANY USE YOUR DATA

The Company will only process sensitive (special category) personal data where permitted by applicable law and where necessary for the recruitment process.

In particular, we may process information relating to your health or disability status in order to determine whether reasonable adjustments are required during the recruitment process, such as adjustments to assessments or interviews.
